A woman with curly brown hair is sitting on a cream-colored sofa, smiling at the camera. She is wearing a black long-sleeve top and beige pants. Behind her on the wall are two framed art pieces, one featuring a minimalist image of a person sitting under a tree with the name 'Henri Matisse' at the bottom, and the other with abstract black and white patterns and Japanese text. A large green plant is partially visible on the right side.

About Breanna

I am an experienced Clinical Psychologist based in Brisbane with more than 15 years' experience working across a range of public and private mental health settings. I provide psychological therapy for adolescents, young adults and adults, supporting clients to improve their mental health, build resilience and navigate life's challenges.

After completing my studies in Melbourne, with a particular interest in early psychosis, I moved to Brisbane, where I spent several years working with children and adolescents experiencing severe and complex mental health concerns, including young people living in foster care and residential care.

Since moving into group private practice in 2020, I have worked with adolescents, young adults and adults presenting with a wide range of mental health concerns. These include difficulties adjusting to the transition into high school or university, perfectionism and academic stress, depression, social anxiety, worry and overthinking, eating disorders, low self-esteem, and difficulties with overwhelming emotions.

As a Clinical Psychologist, I value the opportunity to build strong therapeutic relationships and support people in navigating life’s challenges and improving their wellbeing.
